The Catastro en Línea project was designed and developed for the UAECD with the aim of modernizing and digitizing access to cadastral information in Bogotá, guaranteeing citizens a more agile, secure, and transparent service.
The platform allows the consultation, purchase, and download of cadastral blocks and certificates 100% online, avoiding travel and waiting times, and improving the user experience by centralizing official district cadastre information in a single system.
Among the main functionalities developed, the following stand out:
Specialized E-commerce for the purchase of cadastral blocks and certificates.
Integration with the Cadastre GIS system, ensuring the precise representation of alphanumeric and graphic data associated with geographic points.
Connection with the PSE payment gateway, guaranteeing secure, fast transactions compatible with the Colombian digital ecosystem.
Administrative panel (Cpanel) for the management and control of procedures, with access according to the entity's roles and permissions.
This portal was developed following gov.co guidelines, ensuring accessibility, data protection, and user experience standards. In addition, it constitutes a key step towards the digital transformation of public services in Bogotá, consolidating the UAECD as an innovative entity close to the citizen.
