A technical, functional, and strategic diagnosis of ProColombia's digital asset ecosystem was carried out, a government entity of the executive branch in charge of promoting exports, international tourism, and foreign investment in Colombia.
Based on the findings in usability, accessibility, and information architecture, a proposal for restructuring and integration of the digital ecosystem was designed and implemented, aimed at optimizing technical efficiency, strengthening graphic unity, improving user experience, reinforcing system security, and simplifying technical administrative management.
The project included:
Integral diagnosis directly with knowledge tables and requirement gathering.
Benchmarking with international references in tourism, investment, and foreign trade.
Digital restructuring, reducing portals, migrating to Drupal, and optimizing the CMS.
UI/UX redesign and improvement of information architecture (from 47 to 23 digital assets).
Content migration, Validation, and standardization.
Integration of systems and multi-language content in:
SEO Optimization with redirects, improvements in meta titles and descriptions, and elimination of broken links.

All this contributed to greater performance for the update and sustainability of the ecosystem.
